Refund Policy

Power is delivered immediately and is consumed inside a live battle, so purchases are generally final.

Duplicate or accidental charges.

Technical failures where power was charged but not credited.

Unauthorised transactions.

Where local consumer law gives you a right to a refund.

Refunding a payment does not retroactively remove power from a battle that other people already reacted to, unless the payment was fraudulent or the battle is voided for manipulation. This protects the integrity of everyone else's result.
